Large room for rent in a 2 bedroom apartment. Shared kitchen and bathroom. Free parking available in back alleyway. Apt is on first floor of 3 story walk up so front and back door with a patio. Everything included in the rent. We have a older dog who is not pet friendly. She's a people pup, loves attention but with her getting bit older she doesn't have patience for other pets. First and last is required. Available may 1st.
