Authentic Kreiss Collection oversized modular sectional with matching ottoman, originally purchased for approximately $20,000. Exceptionally well-built, substantial designer furniture with a solid well built frame and very deep, comfortable seating. Approximately 20 years old. The set consists of two oversized sectional pieces plus matching ottoman. The two main sections are designed to be configured together as an L-shaped sectional, but we currently use them separately because of our room layout. Dimensions: • Lower-left-arm section: 110”W × 40.5”D × 34.5”H • Second section: 114”W × 40.5”D × 34.5”H • Ottoman: 30”W × 34”Dx34.5” H Condition: Frames and structural construction are in excellent condition. Original neutral upholstery and cushions show age and use, including some localized wear/fraying. Cushions would benefit from refreshing. This would be an exceptional candidate for custom reupholstery—the quality and scale of the underlying Kreiss furniture are difficult to replicate today.
