The Little Mermaid Framed Poster

This framed artwork appears to be a vintage 1989 The Little Mermaid theatrical poster featuring the original, controversial artwork commonly referred to as the "banned cover". About the Poster • Release Year: 1989 (alongside the original animated film release). • The Controversy: The gold spire on the golden castle in the upper background of the artwork contained an unintentional architectural shape that led to Disney recalling and redesigning the cover art for subsequent VHS and home video printings
