Table lifts, rotates and folds open into a table at dinner height. Folds down flat and has wheels for easy storage. Max height of 30 inches Tabletop unfolds out to 45 inches x 30.5 inches There are a few scuffs on the top surface (folded, see photos), otherwise in pretty good condition.
