Original Xbox Playback Remote

In the age of new consoles, components are becoming increasingly difficult to find. The Playback remote was invaluable for those that owned an original Xbox, as for a long time it was the only wireless option to control the system until development for third party controllers went underway. This is still a requirement to play a movie in the system, however! This remote does not contain the transmitter or battery cover but has been tested working, so it would make a great first (transmitters are available online for a few dollars) or second remote, or replacement for those that already have one that is no longer working! The solution for the missing battery cover is to use a thick piece of masking tape to securely hold the pair of AA batteries, an unsecure fit will have spotty operation until the fit is secure.
