Bowflex Blaze

This is a Bowflex Blaze. It's a great machine and there's a huge variety of exercises you can do on it. It comes with a variety of accessories too, as you can see in the photos. It includes a pull-down bar, a straight bar, a rowing strap, and 2 multi-use handles. This machine has a max weight of 160 lb resistance because one of the 50 lb resistance bars is broken. You can replace it by buying a replacement off of Amazon for around $50, but 160 lb is more than enough for most exercises. You can upgrade the max resistance weight to 310 lb if you wish to do so.
