Roommate wanted for a spacious clean, quiet 2 bedroom 1 bathroom suite in langley near 200th street and 72nd Ave area. You would have the larger room. Your half of the rent is $800 with a $400 deposit. I am looking for a person who is a non smoker, no drugs, no pot, non partier, no pets. You will be a clean person. There is street parking, utilities and wifi are included. The room is available as of October 1 2026.
