Ended up going with the 9800X3D for a customer build instead. You're more than welcome to test the CPU before buying.
Please make sure you're on the AM5 socket. This will not work on the AM4 socket. I'm happy to also drop off the CPU if you're within a reasonable distance (Mississauga/Oakville/Brampton area) or meet up somewhere public. :)
