Apartment sized sofa

Sofaland apartment-sized sofa, bought for ~$1200. In our apartment for 2 years with one small cat. Great condition, no spills, super comfy and easy to move. Selling due to an out-of-province move. Some fraying on the back. Fraying on right arm recently repaired.
