To be completely transparent, please note the following details: Voltage Compatibility: This is a 220V model. However, I am including a high-quality 110V to 220V step-up voltage converter for FREE. It works perfectly and safely with standard Canadian outlets. System Language: The operating system can be easily switched to English. It does not affect regular use or access to recipes at all. Lid Condition: There is a minor cosmetic chip on the plastic edge of the mixing bowl lid. This is purely cosmetic and does not affect sealing or safety during use. If you prefer a flawless look, a third-party replacement lid can be bought on Amazon for around $20.
