I am currently looking for a roommate to move into the second bedroom of my condo. I’m in the Lougheed Town Center area, just a 5-minute walk from the Skytrain, Lougheed Mall, a bus loop with connections to the Fraser Valley, and many other amenities. 1 stop away from Production Way-University station with bus connections to SFU. Spacious (850 sq ft) fully furnished 2-bed 1-bath condo. Newly renovated galley kitchen with quartz countertops, dishwasher and over the range microwave. The bedroom for rent comes furnished with a twin bed if desired. Each bedroom has its own closet and three hallway closets provide ample shared storage. I am a quiet working professional. I’m generally pretty clean but not a neat freak, like to cook and bake, and enjoy reading, gaming, and writing. I currently don’t have pets but am interested in fostering cats in the near future.
