Handmade Floral hoop skirt

Sheer white hoop skirt decorated with colourful artificial flowers. Elastic waistband and structured frame. Approximately 50cm long and 45cm wide. I made this skirt for an event. Worn twice. The stitching is a little rough, as I am no professional. But the skirt held together on both occasions (one of which was a 10k run!) Love this skirt so much, but it is time to part ways and I would love this skirt to bring someone else joy. Note: some of the tul has come undone, but happy to fix it for you prior pick up.
