Medline full electric lightweight home care bed. Has crank incase of power failure. Wheels lock and unlock to be able to move bed easily. Bed has side rails. They can be removed if not needed at moment. They also move up and down to make easy care. Bed has been taken apart and comes with manual to reassemble
