The water tank is missing from the original packaging. The grinding module is stuck in place and cannot be removed. It may require repair or replacement. Please note that there is a crack on the water tank mounting area where the water tank attaches to the unit. When the unit is powered on, it continuously makes a grinding noise. There are scratch marks on the sides and top of the unit due to previous use.
