ALSO: Private exclusive use of a clean spacious, finished (unfurnished) basement rec room as your own private living area. Rent is set at $825 per month. Internet connection and basic cable are an additional $60.00 per month. Enjoy a great deal of privacy within the home. Mature, quiet, respectful, no-party, no drama living. Located on a peaceful street in St. Vital near St. Vital Centre. Close to Home Depot, Sobeys, and major bus routes. Shared full bathroom and main floor half I'm in no rush.
