Customer provides a complete plant wish list. 2. Customer creates the garden plan with me, I like to know what my customers want. So if u want to be apart of the design process u can show me where u want it to go or give me full creativity 3. Customer pays materials upfront. 4.i will order all supplies that same morning i show up so they are delivered at the time im there. Installation begins once all supplies arrive, not all supplies will arrive the same day, which is fine, some jobs will take days to complete.
