Seeking Guitarist for established instrumental jazz/funk quartet

Title says it all. Musical styles include (but not restricted to) modern jazz, funk, neo-soul, city pop, latin, disco. Primarily original music. Several gigs under our belt and more lined up. Studio recordings also currently in progress. Seeking a guitarist whose playing is more about tasteful fit than technical prowess, though it is certainly welcome if you can do all that and more. Knowledge in music theory is highly preferred. Rehearsals at Ghost Note and Lynx. Ability to record a plus.
