String of hearts and ceramic tilted moon pot

String of hearts plant in beautiful circle/moon slanted planter (originally paid $35 + tax just for the planter). Planted directly inside with stones for drainage. Can throw in an extra string of hearts clipping as well if you want it! Pick up near Bloor and Dovercourt.
