Rockrider Mountain Bike Explore 500

Size XL but my brother is 5'9 and can ride it pretty well. Bought for him but did not enjoy it as much. Hydraulic brakes. Bike overall is in really good condition. Issue: The front brake cable got twisted and cut. Talked to the bike mechanic at Decathlon (they don't have the materials but I can buy them online) (don't have the time for it so I'm letting this go). Bike only needs: Barb and olive ($5 on Amazon), Bike cable housing, 3m Bicycle Brake Oil, Copper Hydraulic Tube Bike Hydraulic ($8 on Amazon). I'm open to offers but no lowballing please.
