Real top grain light brown leather. Thick comfy cushions. Black steel frame with solid wood armrests. All in perfect condition, no damage. Paid over $1,100 for this chair at HLHF in Burlington. Selling because I barely use it and want to use the space for a custom bench. I've literally sat in it only 3 times and shows no impression of being sat on.
