Reletting/ Subletting Residential Unit

Reletting/ Subletting my unit in Parkside Student Residence from May to August. Unit is a two bedroom one bathroom. Includes a common area with a couch and a closet. N.B. you will most likely have a roommate. I am not in charge of finding that roommate but I can make arrangements if asked. Relet- you will take over my lease from May to August and would be signed onto a new lease. You will have to fill out an application which I would provide when contacted. Sublet- I would still be the primary resident, meaning I would collect the rent from you to pay Parkside. Subletting does not guarantee you a lease after August. We will meet in person to sign the sublet agreement. For more information on the unit you can check Parkside’s website. N.B. photos used in post was from Parkside’s website. Room will be cleaned before you move in. Subletters will be given bedsheets, pillows, a comforter, a blanket and a lamp for the room. *Utilities included in rent
