Next to New 89" 2-Piece Fabric Sleeper Sectional w Chaise

I am selling a 89" sectional that was purchased in March 2025 from The Brick. Was set up in our house for 3 months with minimal use. The sectional model name is Eden, purchase price was $1900. It was sat on maybe 10 times, was always protected with fabric covers, no spills or damage, clean, has a pull-out twin bed with left or right-swappable chaise and storage, and is super easy to put together. Chaise has a lift-up storage to keep extra cushions, blankets or pillows. I'll include the 3M UV Care Kit, which has not been used.
