Acer laptop 8GB ddr4 and 120GB SSD

Running Windows 11 with 2016 Microsoft Office. The keyboard, touchpad, and battery hold a good charge and work fine. The only issue is that there is no sound coming out of the speaker, but if you connect to a Bluetooth speaker or headphones, the sound works with no issues
