Up for sale, 2005 Acura TSX 6-speed manual in Carbon Gray Pearl with black leather interior. Extremely reliable Japanese replacement K24A 2.4 liter 4 cylinder engine with low mileage professionally swapped in with paper work to prove it. Paired with a 6-speed manual transmission, the TSX delivers a sporty but luxury driving experience. Runs and drives great, mechanically in good condition. Engine with low mileage in great shape (118,000 kilometers, check the last 2 photos of the ad for the photos of the paperwork). Transmission in excellent shape no pops or grinds at all. Clutch is fresh and was replaced 43,000 kilometers ago. Body has 313,000 kilometers and is in great shape for the age, relatively rust free. The underbody, rockers and all pinch welds in good shape. Suspension is tight and in great condition and brakes are all good as well. Interior is in amazing shape aside from some small tears that have been patched over. The car is stock aside from the aftermarket shift knob and the 2006-2008 facelift front bumper. Comes with A-Spec spoiler, rear lip and tinted windows. Long list of recent work and maintenance done including: -K24A engine replacement (installed at 270,000 km with 75,000 km on the engine; currently 118,000 km with documentation included.) -Knock sensor -Coolant system flushed -Rear crankshaft seal -Steering rack and pinion -Power steering hoses, return lines and fluid flush -TSK clutch kit (Clutch disc, flywheel and flywheel bolts, pressure plate and pilot bearing all replaced at 270,000 km) -Struts all around (front and rear) -Front lower ball joints (left and right) -Battery -Rear brake rotors, pads and calipers -Front brake pads -Engine air filter -Front right and rear left speed sensors -Rear stabilizer bar links (driver and passenger) -Exhaust resonators and mufflers. -Tires -Radio and climate control The few issues I'm aware of are as follows: -Cracked windshield -Exhaust has a small leak at the flex pipe (can include part) and needs a catalytic converter, because of this the engine light comes and goes. -Passenger front and driver rear window motors need work (passenger motor included) -Airbag light on for front left seat buckle switch -VTEC solenoid screener gasket should be replaced soon as it has a small oil seep Other than the few small issues the car is in great shape. With the fresh engine, clutch kit and recent maintenance, the car has tons of life left and will be a fun and reliable daily driver.
