Comfy La-z-boy reclining sofa

Minor discoloration in a couple spots, but no smell and in good shape. Pet free home, but my roommate had a friend with a dog over once who's nails got into the couch in a couple spots, mostly on the armrest as pictured in the last photo. Can deliver within Vancouver for $50, or pickup at Commercial and 4th
