Balloon Arch

I have 2 bunches of balloons that create an arch, as well as a bunch of smaller balloons to fill it. It’s already blown up and was used at a party. Since it’s a lot of work to blow them up, I thought I’d sell it on here for $30. The balloons are currently packed in 4 garbage bags.
