Hello! We’re a couple, a small and friendly household, living on the 2nd floor of a house right across from a beautiful park. We have a private room available. It’s a quiet and comfortable home, and we’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful, quiet, and considerate of others. Location: Vancouver – Kingsway & Rhodes St. (near Norquay Park) Transit: Walking distance to 29th Avenue SkyTrain Station, with several bus stops just a couple of minutes away, including #19, 26, 29, 33, 41 and R4. ️ About the room: • Fully furnished • Twin-size bed • Closet • Nightstand • Drawer • Door lock & key for your privacy The rent includes: • Utilities and Wi-Fi • Laundry facility Shared spaces: • Kitchen with everything you need • Comfortable living area • Bathroom shared with only one other tenant Bonus: We have a super-chill cat who mostly sleeps about 20 hours a day.
