It's signed in pencil, numbered #146/200, and entitled: "La Place D'Armes-Quebec".
Nicely framed, matted, and protected under glass.
The etching appears to be in perfect condition.
The vintage frame shows almost no wear, and overall is in really good condition.
Nothing needs to be done to it.
It shows beautifully on the wall.
