Good condition but some parts near edge need some cushion / worn from kids sitting on edge No rips or tears on actual seating fabric A tear on the base underneath but that doesn’t affect use — if places against wall, can’t even see it Has zipper underneath of seating so you can add cushions etc etc PU only sorry Ns/np home Fraser heights before sept 16 morning please
