Shrine of Hollywood PVC skirt

This is a Shrine of Hollywood PVC skirt with ribbon bows. This is from a premium gothic brand. It is a size medium. I am a medium but on the bigger side and have trouble getting the skirt on. This would be a good fit for a person who is in the normal medium range (hips not too wide) or small but not very skinny. Lowball offers will be ignored.
