Vintage Quebec Maple Syrup Collection Buckets (Authentic, Not Reproductions) These are vintage maple syrup collection buckets from Quebec. Each bucket features the original opening at the top where it hung from the traditional metal spout (spile) inserted into a maple tree. The hook on the spile supported the bucket as sap collected during the early spring harvest. Dimensions • Height: 13” • Bottom Diameter: 8” • Top Diameter: 9 ½” All buckets are in solid vintage condition with no holes other than the original spout support hole for hanging the bucket. They have been thoroughly cleaned and surface-sealed, allowing them to be wiped down. These buckets make wonderful year-round rustic décor pieces, but they especially shine during the holiday season.
