New chimney wooden mantel

Bought it three years ago but never installed it due to back pain. It been standing in our garage elevated dry. Only good dusting light sanding and coat of paint. A classic white wooden fireplace mantel. It has fluted columns and decorative trim. This mantelpiece could be a lovely addition to any home!
