Looking for renovation materials

I’m trying to help a senior out. He has a little house that he adores. It’s safe, comfy and within his budget but it could use a lot of TLC. There’s no stove or oven, an apartment size washer but no dryer ( no room for a dryer but looking for an indoor clothes rack). There’s isn’t really a bathroom just a shower and toilet near the bed. Needs windows, flooring, some cupboards maybe. He’s looking for a hutch dishes on top and shelving below. Because he’s restricted in room we’re thinking maybe an island for storage and a top to eat. The outside needs a patio or front seating area and the house needs paint or second hand siding. We’d be happy to get any of these things. We will take used items as long as they are usable.
