Windsor Prom Dress

This dress is from Windsor! I purchased it last year for prom, onlt to wear it once. This is a sequenced, light blue, open backed dress with a mid-high slit. The dress is either a M or a S. (For reference: I am 5’8, 175lbs) There is a tiny tear in the slit but other than that the dress is in mighty fine condition. Retail price at the time was $225. Retail price now is $165 (both including tax). I am willing to negotiate prices. Need it gone ASAP. DM for more information.
