Vintage 100% Silk Nine West Dress (Never Worn) Size 12

Purchased years ago and recently found. Never wore this beautiful, 100% silk dress. It's a size 12 and includes a detachable silver-tone chain belt. The dress features a smocked neckline and short, ruffled sleeves. Lightweight and lined. Fabulous Spring piece, perfect for travel. We are located on Third Line, South of QEW and North of Lakeshore.
