St Christopher Keychain Medallion – Gott Schutze Dich

Vintage German St. Christopher traveller's medallion on a keychain. The large round medallion shows St. Christopher carrying the Christ Child across the water, ringed by the words "GOTT SCHUTZE DICH" — German for "God protect you," the traditional blessing for travellers. Silver-tone metal with a heavy natural tarnish and patina, left unpolished as found (no hallmark visible). Short link chain to a spring-gate key ring that works as it should; the back of the medallion is plain. Pickup near Hwy 427 & Rathburn Rd in Central Etobicoke.
