Looking for an animatronic

I am looking to skin and rebuild an animatronic to look like a character. The outside doesn't need to look good, it can be tattered. I need the inside parts to be working. I would prefer it to be three to seven feet tall, with a moving mouth, moving and blinking eyes, and moving arms.
