2012 RVR GT outlander sport repair/parts

RVR GT starts and running fine with strong engine but Charging system (believe alternator) failure so the RVR can start and drives for about an hour on the battery before it dies. Will sell complete with registration papers or if no interest will part out before taking to scrap yard. Was a daily driver before charging system issue but other know issues are: - AC not working (all other hvac works) - Rust mainly on rear hatch is pretty bad. - tires are worn out - air bag/ traction engine light is on but they all came in when vehicle died from battery drain. They can just be reset with proper OBD device. - some paint issues on hood and couple small dings/dents as expected with age of vehicle. - rear differential seal leak For parts has good engine and transmission and All other electronics and items are working including heated leather seats, infotainment system, lights & controls. Glass and lights all good condition. Mobil1 full synthetic oil, filters, brakes, suspension etc. all maintained.
