Vintage H. Krug Solid Oak Swivel Office Chair – Made in Canada

A beautiful vintage solid oak office chair made by H. Krug Furniture of Kitchener, Ontario, a well-known Canadian furniture maker. Likely dating from the mid-20th century, this is a substantial, well-crafted chair featuring a curved oak back, spindle detailing, beautifully shaped arms and a traditional swivel base with casters. The chair has the original H. Krug maker’s stamp underneath the seat. It is in good vintage condition structurally, with visible wear, scratches and marks on the wood finish consistent with its age and years of use. I’ve included photos showing its condition. A lovely piece of Canadian furniture history that would look right at home in a study, home office or alongside an antique desk.
