Beautiful set of six vintage Italian wooden Sorrento-style inlaid triangular-shaped tables, c. 1950s. Each table boasts ornate marquetry designs with central floral motif and surrounding scrolls. The inlay features a lovely variation of wood grains and tones creating a rich, decorative effect that is highlighted by a high gloss finish. The set is wonderfully versatile, as each table can stand on its own as a side table, be used in a line as a low, rectangular console, or put together as one hexagonal coffee table.
