It can produce decent heat but emits a buzzing noise when switching on then slowly heats up and the noise would be decreased to an acceptable level. Also, it emits a tiny smell coming from the burnt metal grills during operation. This heater could be used to heat up a garage or outdoor job site where fresh air is abundant as it emits strong infra-red rather than heated forced air.
