This L-shaped couch has the frame of an IKEA couch but was refurbished by a sustainable company, so the fabric is relatively new. It has great storage capacity under the L-shaped part (see picture 3). The couch conveniently rolls out into a futon. Size of couch (inches): 88 length x 35 width (left side) Width of right side and couch fully pulled out (inches): 60.5 Height from ground to seat (inches): 16 Height from ground to top of back rest (inches): 25.5 Size of storage compartment (inches): 53 width x 24.5 length x 7 1/4 height Over time it's accumulated a few water marks/ discoloration (see last photos). But they are not overly noticeable and you could definitely take some fabric cleaner to them! It's missing one screw which just means when you roll out the futon you have to do it a little slow but its still fully functional. You could probably also just add a screw to solve that issue. Pick up only (Yaletown - Davie & Homer). There is a loop off my apartment's alleyway that you can drive a vehicle or U-Haul into for pickup.
