Regal 3 Speed Matte Stealth XL - Fixer Upper

Picked this up as a project bike a couple months ago but don’t have the time to see it through. Sat out over the winter with the previous owner, so it needs a tune-up and a new chain. The seat post is also seized and may need some attention. Bones are solid on this one and just needs some love to get back on the road. XL size for riders 5'11-6'3 less
