Kiki's Delivery Service Jiji Hearts & Bow Skirt

I ordered this online from Hot Topic and paid $34.90 USD for this, which is MUCH more in CAD (especially with shipping too) so.. yeah. I was excited to wear it, but preferred it without the bow, so I removed it. I ended up not liking how poofy the skirt looked (and having nothing to go with it), so I'm selling it. The size is small. You can see the measurements for it that were posted on the website. Pick-up in Keady area or delivery within Owen Sound, negotiable.
