80s Ditsy Floral Midi Tea Dress With Matching Belt Navy Pink

Charming handmade and one of a kind 1980s ditsy floral midi length tea dress, with an all-over print of small roses in dusty rose pink, muted red, off-white and green on a dark navy blue background. Dress has a button-front bodice with large black buttons, and a matching fabric belt with a round black buckle. It has short puffed sleeves and a flowing A-line skirt. Waist is elasticized so it cinches comfortably. Dress has small shoulder pads that are sewn in with a couple stitches and are easy to remove if desired. Dress is in very good vintage condition. It fits like a size XS or S, please see measurements. Pit to pit measures about 17", waist measures about 11.5" unstretched and stretches past 16" on the elastic.
