Navy Blue Velvet Party Dress - Simon Chin Vintage

Elegant navy blue vintage velvet dress with a shiny blue/teal skirt. Designer: Simon Chang Features a V-neckline with blue piping and silver buttons down the front, and long sleeves. The inside of the sleeves has a purple lining. The skirt has a magenta/ purple lining with a black tulle layer for extra volume. This 1980's chic dress by Canadian designer Simon Chin has a fitted midnight blue velvet bodice and a voluminous blue taffeta skirt with blackish metallic buttons. It's a vintage size 8. Measurements: pit to pit 18.5", waist 15", hips 17", outside sleeve 23", full length from shoulder to hem 42". In very good vintage condition with minor wear to the velvet noticeable in certain light, and some discoloration on the interior lining in the underarm and waist areas. The fabric is 63% VISCOSE and 37% RAYON. It is fully lined with an attached black tulle crinoline. Great for parties or a fancy night out!
