Never used, but out of box! Comes with everything including the instructions. This is a great coffee maker, I have a similar one already. Gives you the best of both worlds - drip coffee (12 cup) and the ability to do keurig cup coffee/tea. No more having two devices on the counter, this can do everything in one smaller footprint. Purchase price new is $120 so this is a very fair price.
