Handheld Steam Mop (Needs Repair)

Powers on normally, but no steam is coming out from the bottom. I originally wanted to fix it myself, but didn't have the right tools. One of the screwdriver bits even got stuck in the storage slot (Pic #5). So, I'm giving up and passing it on to someone handy who can fix it. Comes with extra replacement mop pads. Pickup in NW Calgary.
