Century Lighting Stage 1620 Series Lekolite Spotlight

Century Lighting 1620 Series Lekolite: Step back into theatrical history with this authentic Century Lighting 1620 Series Lekolite Stage Spotlight. The "Lekolite" (or "Leko") is a legendary fixture in stagecraft history, originally introduced in 1933 by Joseph Levy and Edward Kook—the co-founders of Century Lighting. The name itself was brilliantly coined by combining the first two letters of their last names (LE and KO). The Lekolite revolutionized the entertainment industry by introducing a high-efficiency ellipsoidal reflector combined with precision beam-shaping shutters and crisp glass lenses. It quickly became the definitive beam-shaping spot for theaters, television studios, and performance venues worldwide. Owning a vintage Century Leko is owning a true piece of mid-century design and lighting heritage, making it a fantastic functional collectible or an incredible statement piece for industrial-style home decor, photography studios, or theater history enthusiasts. Rare and remarkable piece of history. So cool. Untested, powered on last time i checked but currently untested (im scared it is powerful lol). Its a beast, large: H:24" L:12" W:12"
