Dorothy Costume Dress - kids 10-12 years

This blue and white gingham Dorothy dress comes with matching hair ribbons and sequined red shoes. The fabric is a cotton-polyester blend. Fits kids ages 10-12. Maybe a small 13/14 as well. The neck was really small and tight for this costume so we had to cut the neckline and make adjustments. The shoe covers are pretty small but they came with this and it was never used. Comes with blue hair ribbon also never used. All my items are from a smoke free home. Nw pick up
